(More customer reviews)I have flown on Qantas and American Airlines a few times with this bag, and I wish it was bigger and stronger. The zipper has ripped on it, and because it is so long it is impossible to fix. The only reason I didn't have to buy myself a new bag was that when the baggage services at JFK airport refused to fix it, I flew back to Sydney with a broken bag and had it repaired by Sydney airport, which has much better customer service. While it seems nice to be able to wheel the bag with its own wheels, the wheels do not fit in the bag when you go to check it, nor do any additional accessories (I put in my suitcase the rain and sun covers, 2 side wheels, mudguards as they seem fragile, and drink holder; and in the bag the stroller, double seat, awning and front wheel). It's terribly snug around the stroller, which is why the zipper got damaged.
