(More customer reviews)Let me start by saying that aesthetically I love the bag. I have the black one and get tons of compliments on it. The problem is with the construction. The first bag I had lasted 3 weeks and the lining completely shredded and the strap was starting to rip on the outside. It looked like the strap hadn't been sewn right from the start. I wasn't overstuffing the bag so the fact that the lining just shredded apart was a huge disappointment. I contacted Amy Kathryn since I had bought it from another site other than Amazon. They offered to repair the bag if I paid to ship it to them. I needed a diaper bag and since this was still brand new I decided to have it repaired. They ended up sending me a new bag. I figured they would since the lining didn't appear to be repairable. I was very happy with the customer service I received and their willingness to work with me. Well, I had the second bag 2 weeks and AGAIN the lining started ripping and shredding. I was disgusted. I love the bag and it holds the perfect amount for my 3 month old, but I don't have the patience to deal with my diaper bag falling apart constantly. I sewed it together the best I could, but I would not buy another one of these bags. For the money I expect to have a high quality product that will last longer than a month!
