it comes in three colors of your choice-pink, black and gold. (very lavish, be forewarned!)
although, I REALLY wish that there was a blue version...since blue is my favorite color.
personally, I bought the pink bag...the gold looked too rich and the black looked gothic. O_o;
the bags are very spacious, it has two big pockets on the inside's back. which was perfect for an ipod, hand sanitizer,
pencils, kleenex packs, ect. it also has two pockets on the back of the bag-but I wouldn't reccomend using those, they'll
poke into your thigh/hip (depending on where you leave the adjustment strap!)
the front of the bag unzips out, it has a removable pad that is used for diaper changing (if you're a mom, this can by handy). or...you could use it as a pillow if you're on the go (I haven't done that, though). I just took it out and tossed it.
if you decide to take the padding out, you can use this as another pocket for papers, or something flat.
it also has two pockets on the sides, one has a magnetic clasp closer-I used this pocket for my camera.
on the other side, I used it for carrying a water bottle or a can of soda. (kinda strange that one pocket closes)
the bag is big enough to store a laptop, notebooks, textbooks (though, you might want to only carry one at a time!), ect.
for me, at times I just used it to carry notebooks, a folder for my papers, a pencil case and stored everything else in the
pockets-perfect!
right, it's a good bag. what are the complaints, you ask? I'll tell you...
1.) the shoulder strap has this metal piece (to adjust/hold the strap), when I adjusted my bag to be down at my hip (I'm a
tall girl, things NEED to be at my side), the clip dug into my shoulder-it hurts!
so...I just sewed some padding over the metal piece by hand, to cover it up. it's a simple fix really, just be sure to
adjust the strap to your liking, then sew some padding on over the metal clip. (some matching pink fabric, and cotton!)
after I sewed the padding on, it doesn't bother me at all anymore!
2.) althought the flowers on the bags are amazing and beautiful, they attract bee's~! (be careful!)
this only happened to me one time, in the spring at college. the bee thought that the flowers on the bag were real and it
followed me! (just walk away from bee's calmly, don't alarm them or you might get stung! *for the people allergic to bee's)
3.) the bag is beautiful, spacious and handy. however, the fabric is a type of silk or something...because after a few
weeks of use, the stich-work of the flowers and the pink color were coming undone. (it didn't break or fall apart, it just
lost it's luster after hard use of carrying it around and bumping into people.)
over all, it's a great bag. it's PERFECT for anyone getting ready for school, for a mom on the go, or it can be used as
just a regular purse. but there are a few complaints (See above), but they are very small and easy to deal with.
but if you are a perfectionist-the bag can't attract bee's, it's flowers can't fall apart, ect.
this may not be the bag for you, but it's still working for me and I absolutely love it~!
however, I DO NOT RECCOMEND this bag for anyone that's thinking about using it for sports, rock-climbing, hiking, ect.
it's a some-what fragile bag, and if you are hoping for it to stay the same and last for a LONG time-use it gently.
I haven't seen many reviews for these bags, so I thought that I should write one for anyone who is interested in them.
