Pros:
Lots of pockets with easy access
Not bulky
Comes with three little reusable plastic bags to store dirty things in.
Very deep so I can cram in alot
It has a little pocket to store pacifiers so they stay clean and they are easy to get to
Cons:
The opening is a bit narrow so you cant reach in and grab something really fast.
The shoulder strap doesn't have any padding so it can dig in your neck if your bag is really heavy
There isn't any smaller handles to just grab and carry it by hand
