We can fit a ton of wipes in the case, at least 4 size 2 diapers, and a small tube of diaper cream. You will need this item, it is not easy lugging a whole diaper bag into a bathroom and trying to change your baby's diaper on a changing table or on the ground. This makes it all so much easier. And it's discreet, so dad can use it too. Don't hesitate!
