(More customer reviews)I've read on many diaper bags before deciding to get this one. I liked the color and pattern but, most of all, I liked its ability to be used as a messenger bag or back pack. Unfortunately, they got the idea right, but the product wrong. The messenger straps are very long, so unless you are quite tall, it will not work. The back pack straps are also way long even after I've adjusted it all the way. But that is not all. The straps are placed in such a way that they cause the bag to hang far away from your back. If you try to pull the bag closer to your back, however, the metal hardware/rings on top of the straps will be sitting on your shoulder and WILL hurt. So unless they move the straps and replace the huge metal hardwares, don't even think about using this as a back pack without looking foolish and uncomfortable.
