(More customer reviews)got the mrs smith classic pack in black neoprene for my hubby n after putting up with it for 4 months, he has refused to use it ever again..he hates having to readjust the straps as they tend to lengthen when carrying it around (a prob we never had when carrying the same amount in our prev diaper bag) and its only been 3 months and one of the strap is already tearing..
