(More customer reviews)I had ordered this diaper bag for my first grand baby, I was sent the wrong item.The sent me a small Hello Kitty lunch bag it was not even close to what I had ordered but, the charged me the same amount as this bag. I sent an email and I have not heard a response. It was the first time I had used this seller and it will be the last.
