(More customer reviews)I purchased a Columbia diaper bag one year ago. One of the zippers recently broke, so I took the bag back to Babys-R-Us to ask them to replace the bag. Babys-R-Us has a terrible policy of not taking faulty items back after 90 days, which didn't make me happy.
So, I called Columbia Sportswear and they directed me to California Innovations, who makes the diaper bags for Columbia Sportswear. California Innovations took my information over the phone and said they would send me a replacement diaper bag at no charge. I just needed to send them some information by email. Two weeks later the replacement diaper bag arrived by mail.
The new diaper bag is even an improved version of the one I bought. I didn't even have to pay shipping, and they even let me keep the old diaper bag. I am so totally pleased with the customer service I received that I wanted to share my story on Amazon.
I highly recommend buying Columbia diaper bags. They come with a great warranty.
