(More customer reviews)I received this bag for my birthday from my husband shortly before my daughter was born and I love the organization that it gives me. The drawer has become indispensable and every time I use it in public I get jealous moms who wish they had my diaper bag. I can easily fit everything I need for a full day outing, even with cloth diapers. I can imagine that with disposables you could fit even more things. I just love being able to find what I need when I need it.
I did my research before I bought this bag and chose it for it's ample space and organization. The first bag that I purchased had some defects that resulted in some deterioration and I was very disappointed. However, upon leaving a negative comment here on Amazon regarding the quality, I was contacted by the owner of the company, Rachael Smith. She was really awesome about the whole thing. She listened to my complaints, looked at my pictures and was really willing to work with me and make sure I got the help I needed. I cannot stress how important is to me that a company has strong customer service and Mrs.Smiths has exactly that, quality, caring customer service. My problem is solved now and I have no complaints. I would recommend this bag to any mom who wants at least one organized thing in their life :)
