(More customer reviews)This diaper bag has some features that I really like, and other things to understand about it so that you know what you are ordering and aren't disappointed:
Good things:
-The 2 handles are very convenient to hang over a doorknob or hook- I have a children's coat hook thing from Ikea up next to the changing table, and I hook each handle over one hook, and it is easy to unhook one, pull the bag out, and pop in the dirty diaper.
-The zipper on the bottom is easy to use, works really well to just unzip the bottom, shake all the diapers out into the washing machine, and then throw it in with the diapers to get washed - very convenient! Don't have to touch the dirty diapers at all when doing this.
Not so good things:
-It is important to understand that the top doesn't seal closed at all, it is just elastic material and you stretch it open and then it shrinks back to be a smaller opening when "closed" - thus, it doesn't block smells from coming out the top, and if there is a super stinky poopy diaper in there, then the bad smells will definitely come out the top of the bag.
I've never used the little cloth of fabric that is sewn inside (kind of looks like a little interior tag) that you are supposed to put essential oil on to help block bad smells. I don't think this would really work to block smell, then it would just smell like poopy diapers AND whatever essential oil I use.
However, I do a load of diapers once per day, and find this bag very convenient. My daughter is 4 months old now, and at this stage her poop isn't so bad yet, so the smell isn't too bad by the end of the day and I run a load of laundry.
Get 2 if you want to use them! I ordered one, and the small Fuzzibunz travel bag, but the issue is that while it is in the laundry with the load of diapers then you have no diaper bag to use in the meantime (washing and drying diapers on sanitary mode takes me about 4 hours). I ordered a second one and now I switch back and forth as I am doing laundry.
