FYI in response to all the reviews about broken zipper pulls.....I talked to a JJ Cole customer service rep before I bought the bag about this issue after reading reviews. They said they did have a batch of bad zipper pulls and it has been amended. Additionally, there is a 2 YEAR warranty on these things! He said they would be happy to replace if I still had a problem. There you go!
